In 1995, 1998, 2003 and 2006, the company passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 environment ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety and SA8000 Social Responsibility, WRAP Global Social Responsibility Standard for Apparel Production, C-TPAT Anti-terrorism Standard, OE100 and GOTS Organic Cotton System Certification and CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation, thus realizing the internationalization, standardization and regularization of company management. In order to pursue excellent operation management and better improve the performance and ability of the company, the company gradually introduces GB/T19580 Criteria for Performance Excellence to create “big quality” system and ensure the operation quality of the company.

    ISO9001 quality management system:

    In order to improve the internal management of the company, ensure the institutionalization, standardization and regularization of the quality management and improve the product quality, keep the stability of the production quality and improve the market competitiveness of the product, in 1994, the company created and implemented the quality management system based on the requirements of ISO9000 Quality Management System and passed the certification in 1995. Through the constant improvement in more than ten years, the quality management system is becoming better and approaching perfection day by day.

    The company always attaches great importance to environmental protection. Early in 1998, the company had passed the certification of ISO14000 Environmental Management System. The company fully recognizes an completely controls the environmental factors based on the requirements of national laws and regulations and relevant standards and puts great effort to building a resource-saving and environment -friendly and sustainably developed enterprise and has gained excellent achievements.

    ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System:

    In order to promote the people-oriented enterprise culture, improve the safe production management level and efficiency, better the operating condition, protect the physical and mental health of the employees, minimize or remove the occupational safety and health risks existing in production and operation process, improve the self-protection awareness of the employees and provide safe and healthy working conditions for the employees, in 2003, the company established and implemented the occupational health and safety management system. Based on the requirements of the standard, the company fully recognized and effectively controlled the sources of hazard within the range of the company and ensured the health and safety of the employees to the maximum level.

    The company follows the mission of “create wealth, contributing to the society, providing glory for the whole country and harboring the world” and carries out the work in strict accordance with the SA8000 Social Responsibility Management System and relevant laws, regulations and standards. While maintaining the enterprise development, the company actively undertakes social responsibilities and creates good relationship with related parties, thus gaining good social benefits. The company passed the certification of SA8000 Social Responsibility Management System in 2006, which laid the foundations for the company to effectively perform the social responsibilities.
